I've spent many years studying bodies in motion. I became interested in the proper alignment and form from dancing and performing all my life.
After teaching Ballet for 25 years and running my own Pilates business since since 2000 I opened my own Studio in Long Beach in 2010. I thrive on attending continuing education classes on a regular basis and am addicted to learning all that I can.
My hope is to bring quality instruction in Pilates and Gyrotonic® to people of all ages and abilities and to help them reach their fitness goals.
Specialties: Specializing in working with dancers and athletes and people of all ages and abilities.
