I've spent many years studying bodies in motion. I became interested in the proper alignment and form from dancing and performing all my life.
After teaching Ballet for 25 years and running my own Pilates business since since 2000 I opened my own Studio in 2010. I thrive on attending continuing education classes on a regular basis. There's always more information out there!
My hope is to bring quality instruction in alternative fitness methods to people of all ages and abilities and to help them reach their fitness goals.

I began my Pilates journey in 2018 by doing Pilates as my own form of personal exercise while training for marathons.
In 2021, I decided to deepen my practice and enrolled with the Balanced Body Instructor Training Curriculum, where she received her Certificate of Completions for the Mat, Reformer, Barrels, Chair, Trapeze Table/Cadillac/Tower.
I am currently working on completing the Balanced Body’s Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Training to become a certified Balanced Body Pilates Instructor.
As I work on completing my Student Teaching hours, my focus has been to continue to learn and placing on emphasizing functional movement with a tailored approach to each individual.
